OVERWHELMED....

Do any of you ever feel.... OVERWHELMED this time of year? My to do list is way to long...I spent the day yesterday ( well, not all day...while Addi napped) cleaning the garage and pricing all my left over antiques from my business for my garage sale on Sat. Here is a picture...what a mess! I had to stop and enjoy my tulips, the weather here has been gorgeous! But as I was taking the picture I looked up and noticed my trim needs painting bad! (add that to the list). After the garage sale it is on to adding all new soil to my gardens and the best part...planting!! Take time today to enjoy the tulips!! take care,Gail

a good weekend...

What a beautiful weekend! the weather was fantastic...sunshine and 80 both days. We had our nephew Logan's first communion today...He looked so handsome walking up the isle in church today, I cried. And yesterday was my Dad's burial, we had his funeral last January and he was cremated so yesterday we had his graveside service. We all gathered at my house afterwards and this is a picture of my Mom(she is 87!) and my little niece Addison...Babies make everything better! she gives my mom so much joy...I hope everyone had a great weekend! I think I am safe now leaving the flip flops out of storage! Take care....

I'm a big girl now..

I remember taking pictures of Addi when I first starting taking care of her...has she grown or what? We are still having so much fun together and now that the weather is nice, we are outside a lot! so I don't have as much time to blog as I used to...oh well.

Here's a picture of the kitchen in the movie "Somethings gotta give" I loved that movie, I think it was because of the house! all the white woodwork and dark wood floors and of course on the ocean...what a dream.
