I couldn't find the comment about the curtains, it's probably there somewhere. I'm glad you liked mine. The bad news is that I sewed the curtains in my living room and dining room. I rarely can find curtains that I love and want to spend a ton of money on so I just sew simple panels and valances. I can't believe how expensive most window treatments are.

Okay, I found your comment and the "curtain" in the background is the shower curtain in my bathroom! So I did not sew that. I have two for volume, got one in Vegas at Z Gallerie and the other a couple years later in Buffalo at an occasional sale! The brand says "Armoire" Maybe you could find it on line? I love it too! Very French/vintage.

VERY sad! Country Home is about the ONLY magazine I keep all old copies of. Loved everything about it, pictures, recipe, stories. :-(
I was so sad too. I really really liked it and just re-newed my subscription..bummer. But, hey they Eye Candy you provided had a calming effect! LOL

For *some reason*, I'm a little distracted....
When I saw your post I got all excited...I saw the pic of Matthew and the words Country Home and I was on the phone with a good friend and I said" Hey it looks like Matthew might be in Country Home Magazine!!!!! How could we all be so lucky!!! Then I read further....boo hoo!!! Thanks for distration anyway!!
