bits and pieces of Easter...

Happy Wednesday Blog buddies! just thought I would share some pictures of my Easter decorations...Although it is one of my favorite holidays,I don't do a lot of decorating for Easter, just my harvest tables...this is what is on my dinning room table this year. How about you? do you go over the top for Easter or keep it simple???

Oh my, I love the bell jars (is that what you call them??) Soooo very pretty! And the way you have arranged them is really nice. Wanna come over & decorate for me? You have quite an eye for beauty!

I am the same as you with decorations for Easter. I will be putting out my eggs and a couple of bunnies but it is all very natural. I am putting my eggs under my cloche too this year. Normally I put them in a bit glass vase but now I am so thrilled to have the choches. I really think this time of year is all about nature reawakening.

Hugs ~

Hi Gail,
I guess I keep Easter fairly simple and natural. I LOVE your glass domes. I have a few myself. I like to see a nest with eggs inside in the spring. I also love the blue Brach's eggs. They're yummy and they look lovely in a glass jar or one or two in a real nest is fun. I was in your neck of the woods this weekend. My sister and I visited The Find in Eden Prairie. We didn't buy a thing but there was some pretty eye candy. You can tell I'm a Target girl because I'm like "it looks like the Global Bazaar!" Have you been there? I need spring so bad. I really miss the cabin and all the fun that goes on there. I bought a new boat toy at Costco in EP, only $159 instead of $300 or who knows at the boat store. It's a three person lounge chair or pad which you can also pull behind a boat if you must. You might want to check it out.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Love your birds nest under the bell jars, that is one of my favorite things to do too. I love the simple and the elaborate..as far as tablesettings go, it just depends on the mood I am in.
