get any good purses lately?

That is what I am asked quite often...I have been called the queen of purses...my friends envy me...for some reason when I am out junking they gravitate towards me...I can get skunked at a dozen sales, not a antique in sight but I always find a purse! not just any purse, specifically Kate Spade purses...the one pictured here is a knock off. But I have gotten so many compliments on it this summer I hate to retire it...it is getting dirty. Oh well,I figure if I can't find antiques at least my day was made by finding a cute purse..

I'm a "purse-nut" too. This week-end garage sale-ing I found a cute baby blue Franklin-Covey (Yes! they make purses!) originally selling for $100 - all leather with cute green interiors - for 2.00! SCORE!

It is hard to resist a great purse especially when you're thrifting or rummaging. I've been tempted by the organizational style purses lately. They do help me even if they're not always so cute. I have a fake Kate Spade purse from NYC, it's a leopard type of print and lots of fun. Most people around my parts wouldn't appreciate or recognize an authentic K Spade purse anyway so why spend bucks to impress!!?
